I was one of these working women battling endless symptoms of hormonal imbalance from the go, go of my busy life. Over time it led me down a path of frustration, unhappiness, lethargy, poor nutrition intake and lack of proper direction from a doctor. I didn’t realize the negative effects stress was having on my body nor make the correlation to the symptoms I was experiencing.
